Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Estimation Engineer located in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project estimation, and creating detailed cost analysis for electrical engineering projects. The engineer will also coordinate with clients for negotiations, perform research to optimize project execution, and ensure the accuracy of cost estimates and proposals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQ and project estimation for electrical systems
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles relevant to electrical projects
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Research skills to identify cost-efficient and technically sound solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work within deadlines
- Prior experience in the electrical or power engineering industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation and project management is a plus
