Electrical Engineers / Electricians – Marine & Industrial
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / relevant electrical qualification
SMEC is looking for experienced Electrical Engineers / Electricians to join our Mumbai team and support our growing Marine and Industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical panels and systems
- Electrical wiring, installation and termination
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Inspection, fault finding and rectification of electrical systems
- Support for installation, testing, commissioning and service activities
- Work on marine and industrial electrical systems as required
- Coordinate with engineers and project/service teams during site activities
- Follow applicable electrical and workplace safety procedures
Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
- Experience in the Marine or Industrial sector preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical panels, wiring and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Willingness to undertake site/service assignments as required
- Candidates with hands-on marine electrical experience will have an advantage
