Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division (Navale IT Zone) for an Electrical Engineering Software Sales Executive. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations to demonstrate software products, building strong client relationships, and executing consultative selling strategies to meet sales targets. The Sales Executive will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering software products and provide insights to clients to help them select appropriate solutions for their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product value
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Familiarity with Consultative Selling and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- Strong foundation in general Sales principles and strategies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of electrical engineering or technical software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
