Position: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Engineer to handle on-site electrical project execution in Pune. The candidate should be strong in site supervision, estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, quantity billing, and handling multiple project sites efficiently.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic Electrical Supervisor / Engineer to join our team.

This role is the backbone of our on-site operations and project commercials. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of handling multiple project sites simultaneously, with a specialized focus on Rate Analysis, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, Estimation, and Billing, alongside core site management and team supervision duties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation & Commercial Management

- Prepare accurate project estimations and costing

- Perform detailed rate analysis

- Develop and manage BOQs

- Handle client billing and quantity verification

2. Site & Project Management

- Execute and manage multiple project sites

- Ensure timely project delivery

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

3. Supervision & Technical Leadership

- Lead and supervise on-site teams

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

- Solve on-site technical issues efficiently

Technical Requirements

The candidate must be well-versed in electrical work including HT/LT substations, HT/LT meters, cabling, electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. OM Power Transmission's profile covers broad electrical contracting and project execution work, including electrification, substations, cabling, and liaisoning. The candidate should be comfortable handling the full spectrum of these tion systems, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Power Systems and Power Distribution processes
• Understanding of electricity principles and safety standards
• Experience in project management and team supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in industrial, residential, or commercial electrical projects is preferred
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements
