We’re looking for a Solar Electrical Engineer who can balance precision design with real-world execution. From initial SLDs to final commissioning, you’ll play a key role in bringing solar projects to life—not just on screen, but on-site as well.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design & Engineering: Prepare solar layouts including General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and cable routing plans.
- Project Scaling: Handle technical design for projects ranging from residential rooftops to MW-scale ground-mounted plants.
- Site Coordination: Conduct site surveys and provide on-site technical guidance to ensure execution aligns with design.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist in substation design and overall electrical integration for solar systems.
- EPC Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement and installation teams to resolve real-time technical challenges.
📌 Requirements- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years (Solar EPC experience preferred)
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (PVSyst / Helioscope is a plus)
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of DC/AC systems, earthing design, and lightning protection
- Approach: Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for on-ground project work
