About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Engineer with an MBA who can bridge technical expertise with sales and marketing functions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical equipment, handling client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial sector
• Promote Our products and solutions to clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and purchase) for project execution
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and client demos
Key Skills Required:
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems/equipment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP tools
• Ability to handle clients and negotiate effectively
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Educational Qualification:
• B.tech / MTech in Electrical Engineering
• MBA in Sales / Marketing / Operations
• Experience: 5–8 Years
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing or electrical industry
• Knowledge of tenders, BOQ, and project coordination
• Self-motivated and target-driven
