At Nextgen Power Solutions , we're expanding our solar installation team and looking for talented Electrical Engineers to help us build a cleaner, greener future.
š Role: Electrical Engineer ā Solar PV Systems
š Location: Kolkata | On-site
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and review solar PV system layouts and single-line diagrams
ā¢ Oversee electrical installation, wiring, and grid interconnection
ā¢ Ensure compliance with CEA regulations, DISCOM requirements, and MNRE guidelines
ā¢ Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed systems
ā¢ Coordinate with site teams and project managers for timely execution
ā
What We're Looking For:
ā¢ B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
ā¢ 1ā4 years of experience in solar EPC or power systems
ā¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design tools (preferred)
ā¢ Knowledge of net metering, inverter sizing, and load calculations
ā¢ Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations
