We Are Hiring: Electrical Engineer / Executive

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Electrical Engineer / Executive who is passionate about electrical systems, industrial automation, and plant reliability.
Position Details
Role: Electrical Engineer / Executive
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical Engineering)
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Plant Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operation and maintenance of plant electrical systems and production units
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and reliable functioning of all electrical equipment
- Handle troubleshooting of motors, control panels, drives, and automation systems
- Monitor HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical machinery and equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards and industrial regulations
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations
- Perform fault analysis and implement Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
- Improve energy efficiency and reduce power consumption in plant operations
- Maintain proper electrical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, circuits, and control panels
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing/production plant maintenance
- Understanding of PLC systems, VFDs (Drives), and industrial automation basics
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, protection systems, and safety standards
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking ability
- Ability to work in shift-based industrial environments
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Exposure to TPM / 5S / Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in capacitor, electrical equipment, or industrial manufacturing industry
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage critical electrical systems independently
- Problem-solving attitude with focus on plant reliability and continuous improvement
