🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless electrical integration of fuel cell systems
- Develop and simulate electrical models using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSIM
- Create advanced control algorithms for efficient energy distribution and dynamic load handling
- Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and validate system performance
- Implement fault detection, protection mechanisms, and energy management strategies
- Ensure compliance with thermal management and high-voltage safety standards
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics / related field
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in power management or renewable energy systems
- Strong knowledge of simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTspice)
- Understanding of power converters, control systems, and hybrid energy systems
