Company Description
Enermaxx Pvt. Ltd. is a renewable energy company focused on the development and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid power projects across India. The company provides end-to-end solutions covering project development, land aggregation, grid connectivity, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy plants, along with associated transmission infrastructure.
We are actively developing solar and hybrid power parks under captive, group captive, open access, and IPP models, and works closely with IPPs, industrial consumers, investors, and strategic partners to deliver reliable and cost-effective green power solutions.
Role Description
Lead end-to-end site execution of Solar PV projects (Utility/Group Captive), ensuring grid synchronization within timelines, budget, and safety norms.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage DC (Module/Inverter) and AC (Substation/HT Switchyard) work.
- Grid Integration: Oversee HT/LT panel installation, transformer charging, and power evacuation.
- Contractor Management: Supervise EPC vendors, verify Measurement Books (MB), and approve bills.
- Compliance: Coordinate with CEIG and UP-DISCOMs for statutory approvals and inspections.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure zero-harm safety standards and 100% adherence to technical QAP.
- Reporting: Drive daily/weekly progress (DPR/WPR) and manage "As-Built" documentation.
Key Competencies
- Expertise: HT Substations, Transmission Lines, and SCADA systems.
- Local Liaising: Experience handling local UP authorities and community relations.
- Tools: Proficient in interpreting SLDs, Layouts, and using MS Project/Excel.
