Electrical Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute external electrical works across assigned project sites.
- Independently manage day‑to‑day site operations, workforce coordination, and progress tracking.
- Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, material consumption, and overall work quality.
- Diagnose on‑site electrical issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, daily site reports, and progress updates for HQ.
- Ensure full compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site execution—preferably in external electrical infrastructure, utilities, or similar domains.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to independently manage project sites with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as needed.
- Strong problem‑solving, coordination, and decision‑making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supervising teams and managing subcontractors on site.
- Ability to interpret project drawings, BOQs, and execution plans.
- Basic understanding of project reporting, documentation, and site‑level communication.
