Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Residential Projects)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of electrical works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise electrical works at residential project sites
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and contractors
Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety norms
Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues
Manage vendors, contractors, and material procurement
Prepare reports, documentation, and site updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Regular)
5–8 years of experience in residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, load calculations, and safety standards
Experience in high-rise or builder projects preferred
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle site execution independently
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design tools
Experience with MEP coordination
Understanding of local electrical regulations
