Role Description The Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and implement electrical systems for large construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical layouts and drawings, coordinating power distribution and lighting designs, and collaborating with civil, mechanical, and project teams to integrate electrical solutions. The role involves inspecting installations on-site, troubleshooting electrical issues, overseeing contractors, and supporting commissioning and testing of electrical systems. The Electrical Engineer will also assist in cost estimation, material selection, and documentation to support project planning and execution.

- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity and fundamental electrical principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating and reviewing electrical layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including load calculations, panel scheduling, and distribution network planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including system protection, grounding, and integration with utility supply.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with CAD or design software and basic project documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project timelines, and adapt to dynamic construction environments
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical execution for Building Construction Projects.
- Experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
