Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems and components for technology and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include developing electrical layouts and schematics, performing calculations, preparing technical documentation, and supporting power distribution and power system design. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and assisting with troubleshooting and performance improvements. The engineer will also participate in project planning, provide technical input for proposals, and support implementation and maintenance activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Power Distribution, with experience in designing and evaluating distribution networks.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Power Systems, including analysis of system performance, reliability, and safety.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations applicable to electrical systems.
- Proficiency with common electrical design and simulation tools and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
