Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, primarily in site execution and supervision. The role involves frequent site visits, ensuring smooth execution of electrical works, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle site execution of electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Supervise contractors and technicians at site
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients
- Track and report daily site progress
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and operation
- Maintain documentation such as site reports, inspection reports, and checklists
- Support procurement team with material requirements and verification
Required Skills:- Good knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read SLD, wiring diagrams, and layouts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in commercial/industrial project sites
- Familiarity with HT/LT panels, cable laying, earthing systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards
