Responsibilities
- Understand electrical engineering products like Control Panels, MCC Panels, APFC Panels, etc
- Prepare quotations and tender documents with GA, SLD, control and power circuit diagrams.
- Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, BOM, and technical datasheets
- Technical discussion with clients and consultants for design finalization.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for projects and scrutinize tender documents.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and perform value engineering as per client budgets.
- Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and internal quality procedures.
- Coordinate with draftsmen for drawings and quantity checks.
- Support customer relationships with timely service and communication.
- Be flexible to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering & Electronics (or) Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
- 1–5 years of experience in LV Panel design & estimation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of LV switchgear, protection devices, and panel components
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Understanding of IS standards, client specifications, and tender documents
- Good communication and coordination skills
