Electrical Design EngineerYash Textile Machinesfull-timeRequired skillsAutoCADCADcommunication skillscomplianceprototypesAbout the role Yash Textile Machines Website: yashtex.com Job details: Principal Roles and Responsibilities:Design electrical control systems, circuit diagrams, wiring schematics and layouts for textile machineries using CAD softwarePerform electrical analysis, including circuit design, power distribution, load analysis and fault detection to ensure the efficiency and safety of systemsEnsure proper integration of electrical components with mechanical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, HMI in textile machineryDevelop prototypes and conduct testing of electrical systems to ensure performance, reliability and compliance with safety standardsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, specifications and electrical drawingsOptimize designs for cost, performance and reliabilityStandardize electrical designs across product linesProvide support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during the manufacturing and installation phasesAssist in project planning and managing the execution of electrical design projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered toWork closely with purchase, production, manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designsCoordinate with the R&D team to develop new technology and integrate it into machine designsStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in textile machinery and incorporate them into designsQualifications:Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Electrical EngineeringA Master's degree or additional certifications is a plusProven experience of 3-4+ years in electrical design and development, preferably in textile machinery or similar manufacturing industriesProficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD)Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and SCADA systemsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, controls and power distributionUnderstanding of industrial control systems and automationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments Click on Apply to know more.
