#Drafting Engineer | Bangalore (PMC Company)
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you have a strong background in electrical design, drafting, and engineering calculations, this could be a great opportunity to advance your career.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of electrical layouts – Lighting, Power, Wiring, Conduit, Cable Tray, and SLDs
• Design of LV & HV electrical distribution systems (Concept, FEED & Detailed Design)
• Development of design documents – Load lists, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams, schematics
• Equipment sizing calculations – Transformers, DGs, cables, UPS, capacitor banks
• Lighting design & calculations (Dialux preferred)
• Earthing, lightning protection, and short circuit studies
• Preparation of technical specifications and data sheets
• Vendor drawing review and bid evaluation
• Coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams
🔹 Candidate Profile:
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in electrical design (consultancy background preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-driven and team-oriented mindset
