Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Control Panel to handle panel design, wiring, testing, and project execution while leading a team of engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead control panel design and assembly activities
✅ Supervise panel wiring, testing, and quality checks
✅ Coordinate with design & project teams
✅ Ensure timely project execution
✅ Troubleshoot electrical/control panel issues
✅ Support installation & commissioning at site
✅ Maintain documentation and safety standards
Skills Required:
🔹 Strong knowledge of control panels & electrical systems
🔹 Experience in wiring, testing & troubleshooting
🔹 Ability to read electrical schematics & drawings
🔹 Team handling & leadership skills
🔹 Strong coordination & problem-solving ability
🔹 Willingness to travel for site work
