Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Electrical CAD & Panel Design and Creo and SketchUp Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver structured training modules on electrical CAD, panel design, Creo, and SketchUp for students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practical labs and design projects, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, and providing one-on-one mentoring and feedback. The role involves developing and updating training materials, coordinating with the academic team to align content with industry standards, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will also ensure that learners gain real-world application skills and awareness of safety and best practices in electrical and design work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Equipment, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and safely.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles relevant to CAD and panel design.
- Understanding of Power Generation fundamentals and related electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with electrical CAD tools, panel layout design, and 3D design software such as Creo and SketchUp.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical or engineering domains.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Ability to develop structured course content, practical exercises, and assessments aligned with industry practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach.
- Familiarity with safety standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical systems and workshop environments.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative academic setting and engaging with diverse learner groups.
