Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for an Electrical BIM Engineer. The Electrical BIM Engineer will create and manage electrical BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. They will perform clash detection, generate detailed shop drawings, produce construction documentation, and provide support during the lifecycle of the project. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain seamless project coordination is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical BIM Modeling (LOD 300–500) and familiarity with software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Expertise in clash detection, coordination, and resolving design conflicts
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built documentation, and construction-related deliverables
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and construction standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Previous BIM experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively on-site in the Pune District
