Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical and Instrumentation Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and control of electrical and instrumentation aspects of various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with other departments to drive successful project outcomes. The position also requires handling critical troubleshooting and ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage assigned tasks with full ownership and accountability
- Support end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, and monitoring
- Apply strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation systems in project activities
- Assist in project management and project control functions to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Supervise and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams at site
- Identify issues and implement effective solutions through strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 0–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards
- Experience in pipeline construction projects
