Role Description
We are seeking an Electrical & Embedded Hardware Engineer with strong experience in inverter systems, battery packs, power electronics, and wireless-enabled hardware products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of electrical and embedded hardware, including power conversion, battery systems, wireless connectivity, PCB design, simulation, validation, and manufacturing support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
Power Electronics & Energy Systems
• Strong experience in inverter and battery-based systems
• Hands-on design with MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, and magnetics
• Understanding of Li-ion battery systems, sensing, and safety
Embedded & Wireless Hardware
• MCU-based embedded hardware design experience
• Experience with controllers such as STM32, TI, NXP, Microchip
• Wireless technologies: BLE, Wi-Fi, NFC
• Communication interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet
PCB Design
• Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or Eagle
• Multi-layer PCB design, stack-up planning, grounding strategies
• High-voltage, high-current, and RF-sensitive PCB layout experience
Simulation & Validation
• Simulation tools: LTspice, PSpice, TINA
• MATLAB / Simulink (preferred)
• Understanding of EMI/EMC, RF interference, thermal behavior
• Hands-on lab testing with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, DMMs
