Key Responsibilities
• Deliver technical training sessions to students on Electric Vehicle technologies and systems.
• Conduct training on topics such as:
o Electric motors
o Controllers
o Battery systems and battery chemistry
o Power electronics o Primary and secondary harness systems
o Wiring and power distribution systems
• Travel to partner colleges and training centers to conduct offline training and practical sessions.
• Design and develop training modules, presentations, manuals, and hands-on learning activities for students.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology, charging infrastructure, and vehicle software.
• Work closely with industry professionals and technical teams to ensure training content is aligned with current industry requirements.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and practical sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students to improve their understanding of EV systems.
• Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and feedback reports.
• Support program teams in ensuring effective training delivery and student learning outcomes.

Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply)
• Good understanding of: Electrical systems, Battery systems and EV components, Electric motor control and EV technology
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (essential for delivering training sessions)
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and technical explanation abilities
• Comfortable travelling regularly to colleges and training centres for conducting training programs
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in dynamic training environments
