Role Description
The Electric Vehicle Trainer will deliver effective technical training programs to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required for careers related to electric vehicles (EVs). Responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing trainees' progress, and providing actionable feedback to improve their skills. The trainer will stay updated on EV advancements to ensure relevance in training content. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in electric mobility, electric vehicles, or automotive engineering
- Experience in training delivery and curriculum development, particularly in technical education
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse learners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt training programs to new technology developments
- Experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Passion for skills development and sustainable, clean energy solutions
