Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for an Electric Vehicle Relationship Manager. The role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting the growth of electric mobility.
The incumbent will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable electric vehicle solutions. The role includes guiding customers through the complete purchase journey, explaining EV technology, charging infrastructure, financing options, and ownership benefits.
The position also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely query resolution, and a seamless ownership experience, while actively contributing to the expansion of EV adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative engagement
- Understand customer mobility needs and recommend suitable EV solutions
- Educate customers on EV features, charging systems, range, maintenance, and benefits
- Support customers through financing and documentation processes
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely deliveries and service support
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a premium ownership experience
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups through CRM systems
- Contribute to business growth through customer satisfaction and referrals
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must know 4-wheeler driving
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Must have prior experience in Electric Vehicle sales
- Strong sales, relationship management, and customer engagement skills
- Good understanding of electric vehicles, charging ecosystem, and EV trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and target-oriented environment
