Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for an Electric Vehicle Integration Lead. Ensure seamless integration of all EV subsystems including battery, drivetrain, power electronics, chassis and software by defining and managing interfaces, conducting comprehensive system-level tests and troubleshooting cross-domain issues. Coordinate effectively across engineering disciplines while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines.
Skills
- EV architectures and subsystem knowledge of EV
- Integration planning and execution
- Communication protocol- CAN working knowledge
- System testing and validation of components and vehicle.
- Knowledge of EV standards ( AIS and other related to components)
- Cross functional collaboration and effective communication
- Experience of Leading a small integration team.
- Technical documentation
a) Understanding the mechanical assemblies, electrical schematics etc
b) Document/Data management
- Root cause analysis and resolution
- Basics of project/program management.
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Preferred
- Alternative : Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience
- 6-8 years in vehicle integration, with 1-2 implementation and homologation cycles.
