Job Title: Electrical Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of relevant experience in building electrical design. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of lighting design, power distribution, and electrical drafting, along with the ability to prepare accurate electrical layouts and calculations in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lighting calculations using DIALux/DIALux Evo software.
- Prepare lighting layouts based on DIALux reports and project specifications.
- Design socket power circuits with proper phase balancing and load distribution.
- Perform cable tray sizing calculations based on cable routing and fill requirements.
- Conduct electrical load calculations and assist in preparing panel schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical design for commercial & industrial projects.
- Good understanding of electrical load calculations, lighting design, power distribution, cable sizing, and cable tray sizing.
- Knowledge of socket circuiting, phase balancing, and electrical protection concepts.
- Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS), IEC standards, and relevant electrical codes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electrical design consultancy or MEP projects.
- Knowledge of Revit software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and technical documentation.
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
