</div><div>Our service division, YESCO, is looking for an Inside Phone Sales Associate who will be instrumental growing the company's lighting repair division, by building a client base through tele-sales, "warm" calling, and prospecting.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and self-motivated. They have an engaging level of enthusiasm and are a proficient communicator.<br><br>
</div><div>YESCO is looking for an Inside Phone Sales Associate who will proudly put the YESCO service stamp on a variety of businesses across The Upstate.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>
</div><div>The Inside Phone Sales Associate will:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>"Warm"-call leads to generate new customer accounts</li>
<li>Input and manage new accounts within the sales management software</li>
<li>Emphasize product/service features and benefits, present quotes, discuss payment terms</li>
<li>Meet weekly and monthly sales goals; increase revenue</li>
<li>Seek and develop new opportunities for revenue growth; prospect </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3+ years sales experience</li>
<li>B2B sales experience</li>
<li>Ability to convert prospects and close deals, while maintaining sales quotas</li>
<li>Excellent organization and communication skills</li>
<li>Self motivator, with a strong work ethic</li>

<li>$16hr</li>
<li>+ Commission</li>
