Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Elearning Specialist with Sarmentum Technologies Private Limited, located in Ghaziabad. The Elearning Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences, creating customized training programs using Rapid Authoring tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align learning materials with business objectives, implementing instructional design principles, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to achieve continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Media development and Rapid Authoring tools.
- Proficiency in Learning Management and experience with managing and maintaining learning platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Learning technologies and creation of interactive learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Training processes and frameworks for designing effective training content.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with content localization and mobile learning strategies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, or related fields.
