What You’ll Do

1. Design and implement advanced AI systems using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context-Augmented Generation (CAG)
2. Develop and experiment with Multi-step Chain-of-Thought Prompting (MCP) strategies to improve reasoning and output quality
3. Build and maintain LLM-driven pipelines that power production features
4. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
5. Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of prompt engineering and model performance
6. Stay updated with the latest research in large language models and generative AI

Key Qualifications

1. Proven hands-on experience with LLMs and transformer-based architectures
2. Deep understanding of RAG, CAG, and MCP techniques
3. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs)
4. Experience in deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments
5. Ability to think critically, iterate rapidly, and collaborate in a remote-first setting
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

1. Familiarity with tools like Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB
2. Prior work in question answering, document summarization, or knowledge retrieval systems
3. Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI conferences
