Associate Product Manager

This role is for an experienced Associate Product Manager/Product Manager who is passionate about using technology to build products that customers love. You will be joining a fast-growing environment and working with cross-functional teams to build and release products, driving exponential growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable products with the best User experience.
• Improve activation, engagement, and retention (DAU and MAU).
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to generate user and product performance insights and generate trends over time.
• Perform statistical analysis, regression modeling, data mining, and visualizations to find actionable business insights to influence key strategic projects.
• Analyze results from product experiments, including A/B testing.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Using advanced analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and risks of business initiatives.
• Market research: Conduct Market research for growth strategy projects.
• Presenting skills: Present the data in easily understandable graphs.
  
  

Requirements

• Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools (e., SQL, Excel, Tableau) are a must.
• Addons: Experience working with Marketing tools like Moengage, and any other tools, is a plus.
• Proactive Learning and Performance: An individual who is keen to learn, invests effort, and goes beyond to achieve results.
• Receptiveness to Coaching: A candidate who is open to guidance and acknowledges their knowledge gaps, proactively seeking assistance when needed.
• Listening Skills: An individual who prioritizes understanding and actively listens before speaking.
• 1 year+ of experience as a data analyst/ product analyst/ business analyst (experience with SQL and Tableau preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in data, engineering, or business administration.
