Data Analyst-Data Integration Lead

We are looking for a Data Analyst-Data Integration Lead to join our team in Smithfield, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and integrating data from various sources to provide insights and drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, design and implement data integration solutions, and deliver high-quality, actionable data-driven insights. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files - Design and implement data integration solutions using tools like Informatica, Snowflake, and Python - Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reliability - Perform complex data analysis, including statistical modeling and data visualization - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements - Provide recommendations and insights to help drive business decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest data management and analytics best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in data analysis and integration - Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling concepts - Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
