Your responsibilities:

 

  •  Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the market through networking & social media
  •  Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
  • Ensure Daily Sales Route is aligned with Reporting Manager & gets completely captured in Salesforce coupled with closure of all requisite activities related to a specific lead
  • Attend all relevant trainings mandated by the L&D team
  • Understand the cohorts/lead playbook & accordingly plan the Drs which should be targeted for effective conversion
  • Ensure Drs have full clarity around the engagement with Ekacare followed with submission of all documents (as mandated by our internal process
  •  Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers
  • Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results
  • Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
  • Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team

 

Skill sets/Experience we require:

 

  • 3-4 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
  • Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
  • Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage

 

Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
