Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at our Hyderabad office. The EIR will spearhead strategic initiatives, drive business innovation, and oversee the development and execution of new projects across diverse industries. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, supporting cross-functional teams, implementing business strategies, and fostering partnerships to accelerate long-term business growth. The EIR will also be a thought leader, guiding innovations and aligning them with EBG’s mission to drive sustainable and impactful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strategic Thinking, Business Strategy Development, and Project Management skills
- Market Research and Business Analysis experience
- Strong Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovative problem-solving
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge or experience in industries such as mobility, healthcare, sustainable agriculture, or education technology is an advantage
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools and processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; additional experience in entrepreneurship or consultancy is a plus
