Experience in developing and implementing global recruitment strategies to attract the best talent across international markets. Familiarity with social media recruitment methods to effectively engage with potential candidates through various digital platforms. Ability to utilize data-driven hiring techniques to enhance the recruitment process and ensure the selection of top-tier candidates. Knowledge of remote interviewing tools to efficiently conduct interviews with international candidates. A thorough understanding of employment trends and demands in the IT industry to strategically align recruitment efforts. Capability to maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future reference and recruitment needs. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct international recruitment activities to source, attract, and engage talent for IT roles across EIL Global's operational regions. Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms to manage and track applicant information efficiently. Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to support the company's international expansion plans. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requisites, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Conduct remote interviews and assessments to screen potential candidates for further consideration. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and team members throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key trends and challenges.
