Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce CRM to join our team. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bengaluru or Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and a passion for driving business efficiency and innovation through CRM solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our technology teams and clients to enhance workflow automation and reporting.

Purpose of your role

The vacancy is for a highly motivated Business Analyst who will be responsible for the below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Need someone who has experience in using Data Cloud, a person needs to have very high experience/sizable experience handling CRM related customer data objects like accounts, contacts, leads, etc.
  • Develop business solutions (stories in Agile framework), work with the IT team to develop those business solutions, test, deploy and train users (Requirements Engineering).
  • Highlight and investigate data & functionality anomalies and provide problem resolution to data-related issues raised by users. Methodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Ensure adherence and support to established business processes, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain systems for users, KPI data accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Operate under a proactive approach with business stakeholders and support the global development team in clarifying requirements.
  • Work closely with users, making sure that they understand data & different functionalities, as well as training other employees how to use the data.
  • Work with other analysts to understand integration points with other systems, and communicate the impact of proposed system changes.
  • Assist with estimations of new developments and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources).
  • Liaise with business users, stakeholders & 3rd party providers to gather requirements and produce detailed functional design documents.
  • Develop standardized procedures for contact and follow-up.
  • Continuous Testing.
  • Production Support Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting.

Experience And Qualifications

  • A strong academic background, including a 4-year University/College degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, would be preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business, data or data analysis, customer-oriented, requirements definition, report development, problem-solving, and related documentation and training.
  • Experience in streaming data handling is a plus.
  • Working-level English language skills (written and spoken) are a requirement.
  • Strong oral & written communication/interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of business management and IT.
  • Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Adaptable to new technologies/practices and acts as a change agent within teams.

Notice period

Immediate to 15 days/serving notice period.
