Role Summary
Seeking an experienced
EHS Manager to oversee Environment, Health & Safety for a high-rise residential project, ensuring
statutory compliance, contractor safety, risk management and EHS standards.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science - Graduation mandatory.
- ADIS / NEBOSH / PGDISM or equivalent EHS certification mandatory.
- ISO 45001/14001, Fire Safety or First Aid certification is an added advantage.

Safety Audits
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures and statutory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, HIRA and risk assessments.
- Manage high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, electrical, confined space and hot work.
- Review Method Statements, JSA, Risk Assessments and Permit-to-Work.
- Lead incident investigation, CAPA and statutory reporting.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, emergency drills and contractor awareness programs.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.
- Maintain EHS records, dashboards, KPIs and statutory documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant EHS experience in construction/real estate.
- Mandatory experience in 30+ storey high-rise residential projects.
- Strong experience in contractor safety management, construction safety, statutory compliance and audits.
- Excellent communication, leadership and reporting skills.
- Stable career history and strong client-facing personality.
- Early joiners preferred (max. 30 days).
- Local candidates preferred.
- No Commerce/Arts background; Science/Engineering graduates only.
