Title: EHS Manager
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Location: Delhi
This is 5 days work from office role.
Maximum 2 rounds in the process. (1st round will be F2F only)

Role And Responsibilities
Responsible to Manage site EHS (if designated projects with respect to EHS).
Support project during Client pitching/RFP/site due diligence on EHS aspects as required.
Act as primary EHS contact/advisor / liaison between management and project team
Continue being a reliable Subject Matter Expert in the field of EHS, providing valuable guidance to the project team & Contractor.
Coordinate with all NCR project and share the combined weekly and Monthly EHS reports.
Understand Company EHS systems and procedures implementation expectations, collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with the team as required.
Projects Compliance tracking (in general).
Tracking and update on the drive folders as required.
Responsible for communicating and reviewing all aspects of EHS programs and management systems (to development, to implementation and improvement) as required.
Coordinate and risk assess projects impacting EHS.
To conduct periodic internal EHS training for staff.
To conduct regular inspections/audits. Regular tracking.
Participation in Incident/Accident investigation.
Provide guidance to project team in developing or implementing workplace EHS Systems and procedure.
Reviewing projects EHS systems and procedures are followed in the project and provide guidance if any improvement is required.
Participate in/conduct or coordinate for EHS kick off meetings.
Continuously monitor and assess EHS performance of all projects.
To establish a culture by adopting good Environment, Health & Safety by implementing our EHS systems procedure.
Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics by coordinating with all the projects.
Collaborating with management to plan and implement EHS.
Support central EHS & Business.
Maintain a strong presence on site as required.
