Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EHS laws (Factories Act, environmental norms) and maintain liaison with authorities.
- Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and implement hazard control measures.
- Lead incident investigations (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Deliver EHS training on PPE, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Oversee waste management and pollution control initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and standards.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification expertise.
- Incident investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and training ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.
- Experience in manufacturing/heavy industry environments.
