Role SummaryThe EHS Lead – Projects will be responsible for driving Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance across project sites in the NCR region, ensuring all operations align with statutory, client, and company safety standards while fostering a strong safety-first culture across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and monitoring of EHS compliance across project sites in the NCR region.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor key EHS performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare compliance reports for management review.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workplace safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of EHS statutory regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience in system integration execution and consulting within project environments
- Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and risk/hazard assessments
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA)
