Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and conduct mock drills to prevent incidents.
- Ensure reporting, analysis, and closure of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents.
- Identify PPE requirements and ensure proper implementation and compliance.
- Maintain and update fire hydrant systems and firefighting equipment.
- Monitor and manage onsite hazardous waste disposal in line with approved guidelines.
- Ensure fire hydrant water levels and pump house conditions are maintained, with proper logbook records.
- Prepare and follow daily/weekly/monthly checklists for electrical systems, stores, lifting equipment, fire safety, first aid, and other EHS requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the work permit system and monitor safe execution of permitted activities.
