Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with EHS managers, project heads, and HR teams to ensure training alignment.
- Coordinate with external training agencies and consultants for specialized programs.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure training compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate training outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
Leadership and Team Development
- Build and lead a team of EHS trainers and facilitators.
- Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for EHS trainers.
- Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across the training team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage continuous improvement in training delivery.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all training content complies with local, national, and international EHS regulations.
- Incorporate lessons learned from incidents and audits into training programs.
- Develop emergency response training modules and ensure organization-wide participation.
