HR-Manager

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in designing and implementing our HR strategy as well as supporting and developing our employees at our location in Dubai. We are looking for committed professionals who are planning to move their center of life to Dubai and embark on an exciting international adventure. THE TASKS - This is how you make a difference • Carrying out all HR administrative tasks, including managing employee data, drawing up employment contracts, bonus and additional agreements, employment references and other relevant HR documents. • Implementing our HR strategy and guidelines at the Dubai location. • Acting as a competent contact for our employees in employment law matters. • Supporting the implementation of measures for the individual development of our employees by planning and organizing training courses, workshops and seminars. • Conducting interviews, making hiring decisions in collaboration with the relevant departments and attending trade fairs. • Actively helping to shape the future of our entire group of companies by participating in regular (also international) HR projects. THE REQUIREMENTS - This is what makes you successful • You have a degree with a focus on human resources or, alternatively, you have completed commercial training and/or further training with a human resources background (e.g. human resources specialist). • You see yourself as an HR generalist and have several years of professional experience. • You are planning to move your life to Dubai and embark on an exciting international adventure. • You are also well versed in various labor law topics. • You have excellent communication skills and strong social skills. • Your high level of conscientiousness, action orientation and motivation to design processes are what particularly distinguish you in daily HR practice. • Your profile is rounded off by very good English skills.
