A Kitchen Opener's job is to prepare a restaurant kitchen for service by completing early morning tasks like stocking supplies, cleaning workstations, prepping ingredients (chopping, slicing), setting up equipment, and ensuring food safety compliance, all to ensure a smooth, efficient opening for customers and the team, focusing heavily on readiness, quality, and speed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
