The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading all back-of-house operations to ensure consistent food quality, efficient kitchen performance, and a positive team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who takes ownership of daily kitchen operations, staffing, food execution, and cleanliness while supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
The Kitchen Manager works closely with ownership and front-of-house leadership to maintain Eggs Up Grill standards, control costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

Requirements
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
