Responsibilities:

1. Lead effort to manage Website Dev Ops, WhatsApp integration, and payment partner integrations
2. Proficient in leading mobile application development for both Android and iOS.
3. Champion best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps principles.
4. Deploying AI models and manage complete integration with WhatsApp and similar tools
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
6. Lead and mentor a team of software and AI engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
7. Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for scalability, performance, and microservices architecture, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
8. Architect and design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices-based systems, leveraging modern technologies and cloud-native architectures.
9. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality backend features and enhancements, leveraging best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
10. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and security across backend codebases.
11. Lead efforts to optimize platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
12. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our platform roadmap.
13. Provide technical leadership and guidance in resolving complex technical challenges, debugging issues, and optimizing backend performance.
14. Demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud platforms for deploying AI applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a software development role
3. Extensive experience designing and architecting microservices-based systems, with a deep understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability considerations.
4. Strong technical proficiency in modern software development technologies and frameworks, including Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Django, and ReactJS etc.
5. Knowledge of running e-commerce platforms and other relevant functionalities
6. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures using Java frameworks such as SpringBoot, database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), cloud technologies (AWS) etc.
7. Expertise in optimizing platform performance, including latency reduction, throughput optimization, and resource utilization.
8. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
10. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technology innovation and excellence.
