</div><div>We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Philadelphia area.<br><br>
</div><div>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD </li>
<li> Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed </li>
<li> Support community participation and social engagement </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment </li>
<li> Follow individualized care plans and document services provided </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with team members and family/support staff </li>
</ul><div>Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) required </li>
<li> Valid Driver’s License required </li>
<li> Reliable transportation preferred </li>
<li> Ability to pass background checks and clearances </li>
<li> Strong communication and caregiving skills </li>
<li> Dependable, patient, and professional attitude </li>
</ul><div>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or behavioral health experience </li>
<li> Experience with community-based support services </li>
