About the role
• Provide strategic legal advice across various company operations
• Serve as a business partner, advising on the legal implications and risks of strategic initiatives and new projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse types of contracts (service, contractor, supply, lease, sponsorship, and more) with both local and global counterparts
• Negotiate and manage software development, licensing, exclusive rights, confidentiality, and non-compete agreements in both Russian and English
• Represent the company in communications with authorities, external parties, and local legal providers
• Prepare documents for board meetings, including translations (if needed)
• Update and maintain internal legal documents and policies
• Support the registration of new entities, corporate transactions, and ensure compliance with HTP requirements
• Advise on labor law, and draft employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, and other HR-related documents
