Responsibilities
As the Marketing Coordinator for EF English First for Kids and Teens franchise business, you will be responsible for helping EF English First centers of a franchise group to develop strategic local marketing plans that deliver on their business objectives, while leveraging the national marketing tools, programs and plans. With thorough analysis of customer behavior, you will be responsible for developing and delivering market insight to the business to improve brand awareness, acquiring high quality marketing leads and successful sales and marketing activities. With the support from EF Central team, you will ensure the promotions are run accurately and to EF standards. You will also be responsible for the marketing materials including displays at POS, CRM, internal engagement and customer-facing materials.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and promotions.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and create content for EF’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and implement strategies to increase followers and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the global/regional marketing team to localize digital campaigns.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including digital ads, email marketing, and referral programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts convert into enrollments.
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
- Organize and execute marketing events such as open houses, school fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Develop partnerships with schools, local businesses, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Monitor competitors' marketing strategies and suggest improvements for EF’s campaigns.
Requirements
Requirements
- Relevant degrees and training in the fields of marketing or retail
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- At least 1 years of experience in retail marketing management / leadership role
- Great presenter and strong persuasion skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage challenging situations with a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (active)
- Manage and create content for EF’s social media platforms
